    A Master Builders Contract is prepared for your review and signature, securing your project.

  • Working Drawings

    We commence detailed working drawings for Council submission, typically taking six weeks to complete.

  • Council Submission

    Plans are submitted to Council for consent, usually taking 20 working days for approval.

  • Construction Begins

    With approvals in place, our experienced Project Manager oversees the build, ensuring seamless coordination.

  • Ongoing Communication

    We prioritise open communication throughout the project, aiming for a stress-free experience.

  • Quality Assurance

    Regular inspections and a dedicated quality control team ensure your home meets our exacting standards.
